Debt Management

4life Financial Planning Ltd takes simple yet firm steps that help you bring your finances under control by working out a budget that will help you on the road to freedom of debt. We offer a dedicated service designed to suit your individual needs: we will make a detailed assessment of your financial situation and offer the most appropriate debt management solution for you. Our experienced advisers will negotiate suitable repayment arrangements with creditors on your behalf and aim to achieve a full and final settlement of the outstanding balance as soon as possible.

Fees/Charges
We charge an initial non-refundable set-up fee of £295 that is retained by us for setting up your plan; the process could take up to five (5) weeks. This includes:

* Compilation of the Draft Plan
* Appointment of your own dedicated Personal Finance Manager (PFM)
* Communication with your creditors either in writing or by telephone
* Preparation of the financial statement
* Calculation and issue of the reduced repayment proposals

If creditors are five or more, fee will be reduced to £250 per creditor.

Thereafter we charge a management fee by way of deduction of 20% of your monthly payments, subject to a minimum charge of £20. The day-to-day management of your account which will be dealt with by your own Personal Finance Manager (PFM) who will also be on hand to answer any queries or concerns you might have.

* Keeping you up to date with our progress through regular correspondence and detailed half yearly payment statements.
* Regular reviews of your finances and negotiating new arrangements with your creditors whenever your situation changes.

Specific costs will be notified to you in advance. There are no other hidden charges.

There is no Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable to any of 4life Financial Planning Ltd' service fees.
